Wir bauen, was wir selbst benutzen würden. We build what we'd use ourselves.

Jede unserer Apps löst ein Problem, das wir kennen — nicht eines aus einer Marktstudie. Wenn wir es selbst nicht öffnen würden, baut es auch sonst niemand für uns. Every app we ship solves a problem we know — not one from a market study. If we wouldn't open it ourselves, no one else builds it for us either.

Daten gehören dir. Punkt. Your data belongs to you. Period.

Alles bleibt auf EU-Servern. DSGVO ist nicht etwas, das wir noch erledigen müssen — sondern die Grundlage, auf der wir bauen. Everything stays on EU servers. GDPR isn't something we'll get around to — it's the foundation we build on.

Lieber zu wenig versprechen als zu viel. Underpromise rather than overpromise.

Wir sagen, was geht — und was nicht. Wenn ein Projekt nicht zu uns passt, sagen wir das. Klar, ohne Ausreden, am Anfang statt am Ende. We say what's possible — and what isn't. If a project doesn't fit, we say so. Clearly, without excuses, at the start instead of the end.

Ich bin Bianca. Bevor ich Software gebaut habe, war ich vor allem eines: ein Mensch mit Phasen. Phasen voller Klarheit, Phasen voller Chaos, und Phasen dazwischen, in denen ich einfach Werkzeuge gebraucht hätte, die mit mir gehen statt gegen mich.

I'm Bianca. Before I built software, I was first and foremost one thing: a person with phases. Phases full of clarity, phases full of chaos, and phases in between where I simply needed tools that walked with me instead of against me.

Den Anfang machen drei Apps: Gentle North, Velora und Hive Core. Jede entspringt einem realen Bedürfnis, nicht einer Marktstudie. Ich baue, was ich selbst benutzen würde — und das ist erst der Anfang.

Traynor Hive Labs ist gerade noch klein. Ich, ein paar Berater im Hintergrund, viel Sorgfalt im Code. Aber meine Vision reicht weit über diese drei Apps hinaus — und ich höre nicht auf, bis für jeden Lebensmoment das richtige Werkzeug existiert.
